Tomatoes and lettuce are on the EWG Dirty Dozen list, so buy organic if possible. Other ingredients, like ground beef, benefit from organic's quality standards.

- 1 large tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 150 g cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
