Organic sourcing
Sea buckthorn berries and fresh mint leaves are best sourced organic. This ensures higher quality and fewer pesticide residues, especially on delicate greens and berries.
Ingredients
- 250 g sea buckthorn berries
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 750 ml water
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- to taste fresh mint leaves
- to taste ice cubes
Method
- Rinse the sea buckthorn berries under cold water to remove any impurities.
- Juice the oranges and lemon into a pitcher.
- Add the sea buckthorn berries to the citrus juice in the pitcher.
- Pour the water over the juice and berries, stirring to combine.
- Sweeten the tonic with honey to your taste, stirring until fully dissolved.
