The 'Ecocert' wordmark on a package usually means Ecocert was the accredited body that ran the inspection against the national/EU standard.

Does NOT
  • Cosmetics and textiles are covered under separate Korean schemes, not this mark.
  • Does NOT mean organic. Does NOT cover farming, dyeing chemistry beyond the limit list, or social/labour standards. A 100% conventional cotton t-shirt can be OEKO-TEX 100 certified.
  • Ecocert is the certifier, not the standard — the actual rules come from whichever organic regulation the product is certified under.
