Three grades: Natural, Natural with Organic portion, and Organic. The federal Canadian organic standard, mandatory on any agricultural product sold across provincial borders or imported as 'organic'.Denmark's national organic mark, owned by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration. Does NOT
  • Mark is trademark-protected.
  • Provincial sales-only operations are not legally required to carry it (though many do voluntarily).
  • Outside Denmark, retailers usually rely on the EU Leaf rather than the Ø.
  • Doesn't mean organic — many Fairtrade products are conventionally grown. A separate Fairtrade-Organic dual certification exists.
