Required on any food sold as 'orgânico' in Brazil. An EU-based natural-and-organic cosmetics certification. • Two valid pathways: third-party certification OR a peer-reviewed OPAC system.

Does NOT
  • Logo is trademarked — not a free-licence mark.
  • OPAC (peer-review) certified products are valid in Brazil but typically not accepted for export — exporters need third-party (e.g. IBD).
  • Mark is trademark-protected.
  • Does NOT mean organic. Does NOT cover farming, dyeing chemistry beyond the limit list, or social/labour standards. A 100% conventional cotton t-shirt can be OEKO-TEX 100 certified.
